- First floor {Master bedroom ensuite with its own walk-in-closets, Bedrooms 1 & 2 all ensuite with their own closet space well defined, Family Lounge}
- Gate house also housing the generator and storage area. A well defined walkways and drive ways within the compound with a gazebo opposite the dining terrace area.
