Client Brief: “Design like I want to live in the apartment”
Design Requirements: (Open floor plan with 2-bedroom flats ensuite, visitor’s toilet, kitchen, lounge, dining with main and exit staircase)
Since its an open floor plan, all necessary works were put in place like all toilets had its shower area properly sectioned out, all bedrooms had the closet spaces sectioned out without any interference into the sleeping space, all A/C works conduit, even the kitchen had the extractor fan space all piped out up to the gas pipe works in all apartment. A provision space was made under the exit staircase for inverter batteries to be connected.
